Apologies if this is the wrong place to post but I've never posted here before.

My new shop was shut down 9 days ago to verify tax info.  It was verified and reinstated same day.

Augtst 5th it was shut down AGAIN to "verify tax info" and no response yet when i respond that its been verified.

Please help.  Thank you.

Your shop is not suspended but you have no payment methods enabled.

But i do have a payment method enabled.

I did not change any cc info.  I just uploaded a copy of social security card.  Will it be reinstated soon?  Thank you for your help.

Verifying your tax info means you have to manually enter your SSN not upload the card.

@VintageDigitalPapers  - There is something going on with your shop.

On your shop's main page I see the gray 'blob' & the notice No Items listed at this time. Yet in your Sections (on the left) I see -  All = 0;  
Digital Paper = 45;  Clip Art = 3;  Christmas/Fall = 12. 

I do see payment methods, Etsy Payments, available in your shop. 

You can check your shop incognito on a different browser to see what happens - but you may need to contact Etsy to find out what's happening.
