Hi i have a probleme 

The Support etsy contacted me and asked me for some information
Then I received a text message They asked me to tell them the code I received

Then I received a message informing me that an amount had been deducted from my bank account in the ammount of 350 euro

Real Etsy support will either message you on Etsy or send an email from an Etsy address.  Etsy doesn't text (unless it's 2FA, of course, which is an entirely different thing and not Etsy support.)  Real Etsy messages show a photo of a real person with a small orange "E" badge outside the photo.  Fake Etsy support (scammers) use an Etsy logo, which anyone can copy and paste.
