Problem with using Vela, anyone?

I seem to be having an issue where Vela is relisting sold items. I then have customers purchasing the already sold items and I'm having to cancel these orders. It's awful. I'm just wondering if anyone else has had this issue with Vela before I contact them.

Ah ha.

I had this problem over a year ago (and I posted about it). Hundreds of sold items were relisted. And I make one-of-a-kind items. I contacted Vela. They blew me off. I contacted Etsy and they tried to blow me off but eventually could see that the listings came from Vela. They credited me with most of the listings and I deactivated the ones that didn't belong.

I haven't used Vela since.

I've learned to use Etsy's bulk listing editor and although not as good as Vela's, at least it doesn't pull make 'sold' listings active.
