Hi there,

I'm encountering a potential bug in my shop. Whenever I post a new product, it doesn't appear on the front page. However, when I check the shop manager, I can find the new listing there.

Could anyone advise on what might be causing this issue and how to resolve it?

@PollyandDollyAtelier: Do you mean that it does not appear on page 1 of your shop's home page or that it does not appear on any of the pages?

If the former, make sure you have sorting on your home page set to 'most recent'. If the latter, it may just be a result of serve side caching that delays the shop home page from updating for the user.

Do you clear your computer's temporary cache at least every week?  If not, that can prevent the latest information from showing up on your shop pages.

It can take a minute or two for new listings to appear live in your shop. Try refreshing the page.
