Problem with order processing

Hello, I got this Mail from Etsy:

Неllo, Dear Seller. Welcome to Etsy technical support! Your item has been paid for by the buyer but an error occurred as a result of the order processing and the order cannot be displayed in your personal account, please enter your е- МаIL in this chat to receive a customized form to confirm the sale of your item. Thank you!

But if I want to send my E-Mail, it does not work. I get the notice, that I am not a valid Etsy-user (Der von dir eingegebene Mitgliedsname gehört keinem gültigen Etsy-Nutzer.).

Do you know this problem and can you please help me? Thank you so much!

SCAM. This has been happening the last couple weeks. They do not need your email and the "Etsy" site they link is a fake meant to scam your bank and CC data. Put it in your spam folder.

It's a SCAM!!

They are trying to get your email address so they can steal money from you = fraud.

You need to mark the message as SPAM. 

If you have given them your email address then be very wary of any future emails you get which look like they are from Etsy. If you are concerned that something does not sound right always come to the forums to check. Do not send anyone your credit/debit card number.
