Shop icon won't load

Hello,

I've been trying to get the icon I made to load into the shop, but nothing will happen. I've made sure that it's within the stated parameters, but still nothing happens when I click it. Any suggestions?

Where are you loading it?  On the shop edit page or under Info & Appearance.  Info & Appearance no longer works.

In shop edit, click on the camera and follow the instructions.

I have the same issue, I just want the shop icon to load. I am following the format requirements too!

I tried a Safari browser instead of chrome and presto! It worked.

Did anybody here find a solution to this? 

When I try to upload my shop icon it FILLS the screen completely! There's a cropping tool cursor on the screen, but no way to actually do anything with it...

Frustrating is the word!
