Ok, I asked this the other day and it seems to be getting worse, and of course I'm getting no help from Etsy. When I look at my shop as a customer through the Etsy app, I only see one listing. When you click on anything in the Browse by Section (other than the 4 featured items) it says No items Found. Now when I go to the app and type in my shop name, I don't see it at all! None of the listings that show up are mine. This is only on the app...everything works fine on my desktop. I have removed and reinstalled the app multiple times and nothing changes. Please, if anyone has a minute, could you please try to find my shop ON YOUR PHONE! Thank you

I type in part of your shop name and it is the only hit that shows.
But if you type in your full shop name and then hit enter/search, loads of listings show, because it is now searching for items, not a shop. Mosaic will be most of the items presented from all shops, possibly including your own.

@GalleryAntiques @Is it just me, or does that just not make sense? It seems like if you are looking for a particular shop and type in their name, it should take you to that shop 🤷

The search is not just to search for shops is it, it is also to search for items to buy.
If you mean while you are tying it should bring up shop names, it does. Maybe it doesn't for you, but it does for me.

@GalleryAntiques no, it does bring up the shop name, but when I click on it, it just takes me to random mosaics, with a few of mine thrown in...not straight to my shop.

I have the opposite experience, when I click yours or any other shop name, it leads to their shop, not random listings.

Happened to my BEST customer only a week ago, then it was good, now last night she can only see a portion of my 174 listings (like she can only see apx 34 of them) and she loves to browse my shop. Is it better for the customer to talk to tech or for the seller to complain it is happening? Thx

@BluSkyDreams I (as a seller) complained to Etsy about a week ago about the problem, and all I got was a "we will look into it" I guess it couldn't hurt for customers to speak up. I don't know if you are interested in letting your customer know that there is a "workaround" for the problem, but if they click on those 3 little bars with the circles to the right of where it says Search Items, then click Recent, they should all show up...at least they do on mine! Same on the Browse by Section items. It's a real pain in the you-know-what, but if it helps a good customer, I would consider it. Most people just shopping are not going to go through all that. Or they can shop from their desktop.
