When I click on the menu and select Listings, the page shows blank listings and zeros for each category. Before clicking the menu item for Listings, I could maneuver to eventually find my current listings, but I want to renew and add new items, but unable to access them from the Listings menu.
Wow - this sounds like a glitch - hopefully temporary. Are you using the app or a desktop? Try signing out, then back into Etsy. Maybe try a different browser. Come back and let us know if you find a solution.
It briefly began functioning again, but abruptly returned to the same problem. Each day I seem to be more technically challenged and overwhelmed. Not sure how to do the recommended suggestions, changing browsers, clearing cache (what a nightmare to try to remember and restore the things I need there). I had been using my iPhone, but then switched over to my iPad, where fortunately, everything seems to be working correctly.
