@MiasSweetsEmporium Hi, this subject came up in the Forum a while ago and I experienced the same as you, although it didn't affect my Star Seller score. The 5 Star Reviews really were there and counted. This is what transpired (I just visited my Shop Dashboard and it still shows the following):
Under Recent Activity, there were a few Reviews where it appears the Stars are not colored in (they're blank). Yet Customers left a 5 Star Review. It only shows this way in my Dashboard. Next to the Reviews with "blank" stars, it is the photo is also blank where it would normally show the item (there are some letters in this blank photo area). The only common denominator; all items with a blank star Reviews are in my Listings under "Inactive" (I Deactivated them for a show). But as I said, there really is a 5 Star Review in each case, just not under "Recent Activity".
I was trying to solve the mystery when someone reported the same thing a while back. Then I realized what common factors the items with "blank stars" had. And that was "Inactive". Hope this helps.
