Problem in send massage inbox

1. Problem:There is some technical problem in my etsy account. My customers are messaging me but when I reply to them I get an error that the message is not being sent.

2. Problem: I dispatched my last order and the product was received by the customer on time but I have not received the payment yet. Payment hold is still showing PayPal account

This sounds like,a scam to me.

Did you receive an email asking for your email address and card details, you should not send out orders if you have not received payment.

"... please kindly solve my problem" Just so you know, even if Etsy Support or the Help Pages sent you here this is a seller peer to peer forum, and should not be considered a way to contact Etsy, if that is your hope (although Etsy does sometimes read and reply to posts).

@PariMini, it looks like Etsy has put your shop on vacation. Etsy does this when they decide the shop violates their policies, especially their handmade policy. Look up Etsy's policy on reserve funds.
