@WreathsToInspire: Are you experiencing this using the Etsy app (on which operating system) or via mobile browser or desktop browser (which browser and operating system)?
@WreathsToInspire This is a known problem whether you use the app or any browser. It seems to happen more frequently with those of us using a tablet, though not exclusively. Etsy is aware of it and the forums are full of posts just like this. I’m a victim of this too and have had to copy an existing listing and replace all of the information with what I want to post as a new listing. If you choose to go this route, just be really careful to remove any old information on the copied listing, or you could be subject to an NAD case. But copying an existing listing is the only thing you can do until Etsy gets around to fixing the frozen “core details” page….which may be never.
Pretty hard to keep our shops going like that??
