If you have been contacting buyers who have marked your items as favorites, that is considered spam and would be why your messages have been deactivated. Sending spam is against the terms of use of Etsy and is considered illegal in many countries. You can sign up to have Etsy send coupons to people who have favorited an item or put it in their cart but you can't do it yourself. You have no idea who has opted to receive these types of contacts and who hasn't so you cannot do it yourself. If you haven't contacted potential buyers, then no one here can tell you why Etsy cut off messages, we can only guess. You still have to contact Etsy and ask. And if Etsy sends you here, ignore that and ask anyways.

If these people have placed an order, their email should be on the order and you can contact them that way. It can take days to months for Etsy to answer questions.
