Just making sure it's clear, there is still a sync problem. Printful refuses to sync.
Oh I totally know. I will probably scream if I have to resync everything. I have over 1000 listings synced with multiple sizes and colors etc. I'll throw a fit with you lol
Update: It seems Printful is aware of the issue. They've updated their connection error banner to state that they are also investigating.
Hi I'm also experiencing this today. None of my sales are uploading onto printful. Is there anything we should do or just want until they fix this?
If it's time sensitive you could try just manually ordering each order over on printful.
Etsy, this is not fixed yet. I can't even get to the integrations page, it just attempts to load forever. Just thought I'd let you all know.
Etsy, what's happening? More than 24 hrs are past. No official message, No guide, Nothing! The problem is still on. So worrying
It seems it's not only Printful but all 3rd parties integrations. Still not working here and the integrations page won't even open
Store is finally reconnected but my listings have not auto populated. Seems I now have to rebuild my entire catalog in Printful manually. Etsy has been silent on this entire episode meanwhile Printful has gone out of their way to keep open communication, basically on Etsy's Behalf. Not happy with Etsy, considering just giving up at this point and dumping them altogether. Very frustrated with their response to this.
Agreed - I have a new found respect for Printful!
It's been broken since yesterday afternoon, and even the most recent update 2 hours ago insinuates it's no real biggie, stating simply you're seeing "lingering issues" that you'll "look into". The number of businesses this is affecting is astronomical. POD, analytics, Shipping labels - it's affecting all of it.
WE CAN NOT RUN OUR BUSINESSES EFFECTIVELY BECAUSE OF THIS ISSUE. Treat it with the respect and urgency it deserves.
I was thinking the same thing. Thank you for saying it out loud. This is ridiculous. It takes Etsy 2 seconds to mess everything up, and days to "fix" it.
Etsy has been working on it. I just used PirateShip to print my labels, the integration worked fine this morning.
90% of my 4k listings are POD. I can't simply use something else.

This is insane. We can pretty much do nothing BUT "stay tuned". Still doesn't change the fact that the most recent update glosses over the enormity of this issue for many of us, but thanks for making sure threads aren't redundant because that's super important!
That thread has no useful information in it. Everything I needed to know about what is going on came from other Etsy user posts and my prod partner Printful. I'd like to suggest that Etsy go back and review all of the communications on this event, and pay special attention to how Printful handled it. Just a little more direct input from Etsy would have alleviated a lot of tension for the sellers.
Ok, it appears as if renewing your listings on Etsy causes them to re sync to Printful. Which means we have to PAY Etsy to fix the missing listings!!!
Eek really? I did some renewals and it didn't help. Are you reconnected and re-synced? I'm still having issues with this shop. Thankfully Printful support actually communicates and their support person has been keeping me updated throughout the day. It would be nice it Etsy could give us an update instead of their usual silence when something is broken.

I was able to reconnect one shop but this shop (my main shop) is still broken and failing to reconnect or sync. Printful support has been great at keeping me updated as they try to work with Etsy to get it fixed.
Etsy.....an update would be nice. Anything??? Something?? Even if it's just to say we don't know wtf is wrong with it but we are trying to fix it. Anything other than silence would be great right about now. It's been at least 24 hours now etsy. Can we get an update or a fix or something please??
I keep getting an error banner in Printful when I try to reconnect my shop, today.
I still can't sync Etsy with Sale Samurai either. And neither of them are interested in communicating anything about it. Terrible customer service.
