I'm currently updating prices on my products. However, I have come across a bug with the prices not updating correctly.
For example - this cat charm keyring listing https://www.etsy.com/uk/listing/610219473/cat-charm-keychain-cat-charm-keyring-cat
EVERYWHERE ELSE it is showing the old incorrect price.
It's heading towards 24hrs since I made the edits and it's still not showing correctly.
I've viewed this bug in multiple browsers and on different devices. I've also tried incognito mode on browsers as well and it's doing the same thing. It's happening whatever and however, I choose to view it.
This isn't the only listing where this is happening. I have multiple listings that I updated yesterday where the price is correct when viewing the actual product listing, but when viewing in any other way is still showing the old price. Please fix this bug ASAP! This will only annoy customers, seeing one price when searching for something and then seeing a completely different price when viewing the actual product listing, as Etsy is not updating its system correctly when edits to products are made.
If you used Quick Edit, that is the reason for the problem. In addition to the approach above, you can go to the listings page, click on each listing, and republish. That will fix the problem.
@PillowDetails When I changed prices with Quick Edit, I found that I just needed to go to the listing page, click on the item, and click on Publish again. I did not need to deactivate and reactivate. Although, if you have a lot of listings, the latter approach is easier to do in bulk.
@purplewyvernjewels Did you happen to edit your prices using Quick Edit? This has been a glitch for a while - the solution is to deactivate then reactivate your items. Note - for those who don't know, it is NOT the same as "delete" - and you won't be charged anything to reactivate.
Thank you.
Deactivating then re-activating did not work in my case.

Thank you @PillowDetails and @ChristmasIsLove
The listings that I changed only via Quick Edit were the ones that had the issue. I hadn't heard there was a bug changing the prices that way, so thank you for the fix. Republishing has sorted those listings that had the error.
I tried to deactivate then re-activate but it did not work for me.
Maybe try deactivating the listing for an hour and then reactivating to see that forces an update?
I see it as $8.41 (understanding currency conversion) if that helps...
@rioritajewelry Hi, This is an older Thread (and Admin usually comes along and freezes them). So I just wanted you to know here is a recent Thread, with Sellers having the same issue. See the post on the last page (from BeachArtz), and I hope it helps you.

Thank you for your prompt reply. I will try it.
