Commercial Sewing Pattern Removed as Not "Handmade"... When labelled "Supply"

One week ago I woke up to an email from Etsy saying they have removed item(s) from my shop as not "Handmade". They say that the items have been removed for being commercially available.

NOTHING in my shop is labelled as "Handmade"! I only sell commercial sewing patterns as "SUPPLIES", which is perfectly allowed by Etsy.

OF COURSE these sewing patterns are "commercially available"!

One week later. No reply or help from support.

I have not listed anything else in my shop or renewed listings since this happened because I am afraid they will all be pulled automatically.

Etsy support certainly does NOT get a "Star Seller" badge from me for this!

@PlatypusDream   I am so sorry this is happening to you - especially when so many sellers are just copying the patterns and selling them as instant downloads, which is NOT supposed to be allowed!  Etsy has the bots running wild, at the seller's expense.

You'd think by now you'd heard back and got the pattern reinstated since it's a commercial sewing pattern and doesn't have to be handmade or vintage.

BUT yet, Etsy leaves all those digital downloads where sellers state handmade and have copied patterns to sell over and over.
