Price is displayed too high, but in the card right

I need help- I just opened my shop, but I noticed that the prices in my shop are shown too high. 4-5euro too much. 

For example the price I set is 24.99, it is shown as 29,74. 

BUT if I put you put it in the card, the price changes to 24.99.

I asked the Etsy support, but they asked If the domestic and everywhere else prices are the same, but that is. That's not the problem. 

I updated the shop, the listings, but it is for the whole shop. Not just one listing. For all variations.

And and every friend I ask to check in the Etsy search tells me that they see the wrong price. but if they want to buy it, the price is right. But no one will put it in the card when the price is too high...

what can I do?P

That's Germany VAT

You are set up to view as a German buyer, so you are seeing 19% VAT added - VAT is a destination tax, and etsy knows you are in Germany
If your friends are in Germany, they will see exactly the same as you.

when you actually add to cart as buying from USA, it won' show the VAT, but it will show usa sales tax, for the states that have it.

You need to add a right to withdraw policy in the policies section, and a 30 day return policy on the listings - you are a trader in Germany, you have to abide by EU selling laws, even if you only buy and sell to USA
