Price changes on listings are not showing up

When making price changes on my listings the new updated price changes are not showing up?

I am having the same problem .  In my draft listing the price shows correctly.  Then when it is active it shows the wrong price.

The old form worked for me, but also the price change worked when I changed it from the shop manager listings page. I just checked the box of the listing and edited the price from the drop menu.

Having the same problem when I renewed a couple of old listings. Thought it was the renewal issue but seems it's a general issue instead. Sweet! Shaking my head.

I just tried to update my listing price and a couple other details -- not showing up for me either.

Yup - ditto - updated a listing, changed the price, but price is still showing as the previous price.  Deactivated the listing till this is fixed.

Yes, this is happening to me - it's the correct price in the listing manager, but when I publish it, it shows up wrong in my shop - how can I fix this??

I was able to get around this error by using the old form and changing the price in there.

I'm having the same issue. I chatted with Etsy and they told me to remove cache and such. I did and it still doesnt work...my prices won't change

I was changing in the old form and it didn't work. And then tried in the new form and it still didn't work.

I just changed a price with the old form and now it worked.

This also just happened to me right now - I copied a listing, edited the details, and published.  All the details saved except the updated price; the new listing form is not communicating price updates properly for active items in my shop.  I even tested the active listing and was able to add this to my cart at a lower price - even with my edits saved at the new, higher price.  Using the old form did indeed work for me!  This is now showing as updated.  Thank you for the solution!

The OP in this thread may have found an answer to the pricing issue. But then again, one never knows how the new listing form will work.

Unfortunately, I think we have two bugs going on here.
First is not having the price change applied, per my bug report.

Second is successfully changing the price in the new form, but not having it reflected in the live listing.

There is likely some sort of relationship between the two in the back end code,

Anyway, there seems to be a workaround for the second scenario.

Open your listing and it will default to the new listing form. Verify that the price shown is your new price.
Then use the old form link at the top to switch over. You should see that the old form still shows the old price. (This is 100% a bug).
Nonetheless, change to your new price and publish from the old form.

And it gets worse. 
I just tried changing a price on a draft listing, making sure to backspace out the old price first. The new form showed there was 1 unsaved change on price, but when I saved the draft and checked, it showed the old price, as did the old form.

We can't work like this. One vintage seller to another - how often do we copy a listing, save as draft, change photos, save draft, change price & description etc, save draft, then eventually publish once we are done. Only to find it publishes with the price of the copied listing?

I have same problem. Can't adjust price. I shut down, cached, tried again but nothing. I'm in the new form.

My thought, and I wasn't the only seller thinking this, is that if not corrected, it will force some sellers to create a new listing. Cha-ching for Etsy!

So I do truly hope that it is a glitch, and not some new angle for them to make more money.

Or we'll just have to keep the same prices forever and ever.

Prices can be edited, and display without error in Listings in the Shop Manager, but they are failing to update/sync to the seller shop. This is a glitch server-side, and can only be fixed by Etsy themselves. It’s been about 12 hours for me so far.

It actually lowered my price by $10 dollars. Shows correct price when I go to edit it. I republish it and it goes back to wrong price. I can make edits to everything else and those stick. "Solved" when I edit in the old form. Solution expires in 3 days.
