Preisgestaltung Inland/Ausland

Ich habe für alle Produkte in meinem Shop unterschiedliche Preise für Deutschland und Ausland eingegeben. 

Jedoch wurde bei meinen beiden letzten Bestellung (beide USA) der Preis für Deutschland abgerechnet- somit fehlen mir 30 Euro für den Versand. 

Habe heute morgen dieses Problem an Etsy weitergegeben- meines Erachtens handelt es sich um einen Programmierfehler, irgendein Haken wurde nicht gesetzt o.ä-  meines Erachtens handelt es sich auch um ein dringendes Problem. Habe vor 6 Stunden die Info an Etsy weitergegeben, jedoch bislang keine Antwort erhalten.

Ich hoffe nicht, dass man mir mitteilt es wäre mein Fehler:)

@Wolltilda  I am in the US, and currently see free shipping on all your items!  I'm afraid the issue is with your shipping profile.  Maybe you did not save the settings?  It should be checked off for free domestic shipping, then the price for everywhere else that you ship.

Das free shipping ist nicht das Problem. Der letzte Artikel den ich verkauft habe kostet 52 Euro in Deutschland und 75 Euro im Ausland. Beides ist versandkostenfrei, 

der Herr der bestellt hat wohnt in den USA, abgerechnet wurden von Etsy aber nur 52 Euro-

Habe mein Versandprofil kontrolliert und nochmals abgehakt, dies dürfte nicht das Problem sein, sondern dass die Preisgestaltung für In und Ausland nicht umgesetzt wird!

@Wolltilda  - Oh - I understand now!  I checked one listing - the Viking Hat - and see a price of $78.99 from the US, but if I change my location to Germany, I see the price as $46.08 (I think it's still in USD).  So that one appears to be working as you have planned!

Yes there is a glitch with domestic/global pricing. It's been going on for months.

You can try editing it in the old listing format.

Unfortunately, it does appear to glitch again when an item is relisted.

funktioniert es denn bei Ihnen im alten Listenformat ?

Das könnte ich ja dann ändern, aber ich denke es sollte eine IT Lösung von ETSY kommen

I'm not currently selling and never sold internationally, so I wouldn't use it.

Yes, a solution should come from etsy. 

As I said, it's been months, and it's still bugged.

Es kam von Etsy gar keine Antwort, obwohl ich den support 2x angeschrieben habe

The domestic vs. international prices feature has been glitchy for months, there are many threads about this in the forum. Etsy does not seem to be doing anything about it.

Ety hat mir nun doch geantwortet: 2 mal um mir zu versichern, dass sie sich drum kümmern. Und 1 mal um mir zu sagen dass es an mir liegt, da mit meinen Listenpreisen etwas nicht stimmt.

Inzwischen habe ich den kostenfreien Verand fürs Ausland beendet, kostenfrei ist es nur in Deutschland. In und Auslandspreis ist gleich, plus Versand im Ausland- offenbar macht es keinen SInn isch weiter zu ärgern oder zu diskutieren, habe Etsy nochmals darauf hingewiesen, dass es sich um einen Programmierfehler handelt, wird aber wahrscheinlich auch nichts helfen
