Trying to download items in photo listing section and get error that there is an issue cause they are not .jpg. Not, true. my camera only takes .jpg photos. I am selling an item that is the same thing but of 9 different styles. Cannot produce the photo so I cannot list them separately and cannot use the variation module. Please help. Same is issue on the New and older Listing process. Thank you so much.
