I have seen a sharp decrease in sales in the last 2 months. I used internal advertising, but it is not useful and I turned it off. After which I researched my listings on the mobile application I saw that Etsy added the 11-th 'image' with keywords but these keywords were not related to my listing at all.
My shop is related to cat scratchers but this screen shows keywords like "custom order svg", "custom order tshirt", "face mask with nose wire", "tarot deck" it's not related to my shop.
If Etsy shows this keywords on my listing then system have associated my listings/shop with it and I can guess that when people looking for "custom order tshirt" they see my listings/shop.
