Postage from UK to Canada

Hi

Received an order from Canada today, not unusual for my shop, only this time the van symbol on which I'd normally click to purchase postage is greyed out and not available.  Does anyone else have this or know why?

Mailing to Canada was suspended because of Canada's recent long postal strike. Check out the many other threads on this topic, and visit Royal Mail's website for the latest updates.

Incident: Industrial Action

Royal Mail services to Canada have resumed as of Monday 30th December. Canadian operations resumed Tuesday 17th December bringing an end to the strike action that commenced 15th November. Canada Post have been working to clear a significant backlog of items stored during the strike action.  

Customers should still expect significant delivery delays through the remainder of 2024 and into January 2025.
