Please help! Vacation mode

Hi etsy has forced my account into vacation mode I've been waiting for 1 week please help. I made my first sale and then this happened. I have uploaded the necessary documents, it is still not verified, I send a message, the automatic mail returns. I had a lot of listings, I can't sell in any way, how many days. Please let me know if anyone has experienced this before.

Maybe your shop is being checked. We are not allowed to sell Barbie, since it is trademarked. Before you list anything (when you are able) to make sure you are not posting infringing items.

Check for an email.  Usually this is for ID, tax information or bank account verification.

First sale usually requires bank verification.  If you are in the US this needs to be done through Plaid.

If you ahve a reply email from Etsy, reply back to that email for information.
