i'm trying to change my shop name, but my screen goes "gray" and will not load. It's not an issue with the amount of time I've changed it or the name i've chosen. Has this happened to anyone else?
IT sounds like a problem with whatever device you are using.
I would try a different browser if you are on a computer or clear your cache and retry. If you are using a mobile device sand an app I would try a computer.
@FloraFarmette Try a different browser. However, the name chosen may have been used in the past so the system is not accepting it. Just because you don't find a shop with that name does not mean it was not used before. We cannot reuse names.
