Star Seller Order Target reached, but Badge not granted.

Hello

I've gone beyond that target of 5 orders (sitting at 16), but the badge has not been granted. All the other bench marks are met, and I'm waiting for this one to clear to receive my star seller badge. Can anyone advise what the problem might be?

Star Seller is only awarded on the first day of the month.

Have you met the $300 in sales minimum too? Has it been 90 days since your first order? You wont be eligible for the star or individual badges until you have passed 90 days since first order. The star and badges are awarded on the 1st of the month so if you are eligible on the 1st of September then you should receive it then.

Maybe that's it then. The first order was June 15. All the other bench marks are green. I would have thought they wouldn't give me any green bench marks if the 90 days hadn't passed.

90 days from June 15th is September 13th, so you won't be eligible till October 1st's badge.

The Orders metric will say Pending until you reach 90 days.
