If you are talking about a postal pick up, you can go right to the USPS website and request.

I'm confused.  What does requesting a pickup have to do with Etsy?  Surely you do that through the carrier, not Etsy?

Lucky you that you even have the option of a pickup service.  No such thing exists in my country, we have to take our mail and packages to the PO ourselves, and our PO is looking at reducing our current daily M-F deliveries to just 2-3 days a week.  This is what happens when you privatise/semi-privatise essential government services.  It then becomes all about profit and less about service.
