Your emails need fixed. If you want to connect to a secure server with the links/photos in the emails you need to set up your security certificates to include the url being used. Etsy sends a lot of emails.
Issue:
Cannot guarantee authenticity of the domain to which an encrypted connections is being established
URL: ablink.email.etsy.com
Reason: Invalid name of certificate
There are so many scams around pretending to be Etsy support so you are probably trying to connect with a scam website.
Etsy sends a lot of emails.
what kind of emails.
Looks like spam to me!
As others have asked, which emails?
Also, you are talking to other sellers here, not to Etsy. You may want to contact Support.
Rolling eyes here. It is not spam. It is from Etsy. Super simple to tell if you know how and I do.
This group was for technical issues. It is a technical issue. Sellers can't fix technical issues so what would be the point of the Technical Issues forum if someone from Etsy staff wasn't reading it?
@EnchantingBeads: This domain issue has been going on for quite some time, at least since April 2023 https://community.etsy.com/t5/Technical-Issues/buyer-is-getting-quot-ablink-email-etsy-com-s-DNS-add...
"... what would be the point of the Technical Issues forum if someone from Etsy staff wasn't reading it?" A question that many of your fellow sellers ask daily.
It is likely someone from the Etsy technical team pops in sporatically, but unless lots of people are complaining about the same thing, they ignore it. There are glitches that have been around for years that they haven't bothered to fix.
