Buyer is getting "ablink.email.etsy.com’s DNS address could not be found." when trying to review.
I would be trying to ask Etsy this question but I can't seem to find a place to contact.
I'm a new seller and I got a beautiful email from a buyer via etsy Help request.
You need help with: I want to message the seller about something else
Note for seller: I have attempted to leave a review for the beautiful multicolor Lion Head Bag.
Each attempted in the following msg when clicking on 1 of the 5 stars.
Goes to: ablink.email.etsy.com
This site can’t be reached
ablink.email.etsy.com’s DNS address could not be found. Diagnosing the problem.
Anyone come across this problem or can maybe point me in the right direction.
Sounds like a browser issue
Tell her to clear her cache and reboot her device. It's a browser or device issue.
