This new format is extremely frustrating. I have experienced more issues with this new version and, frankly, it's annoying and a waste of time. Wish you would have left it as it was which worked far better than this version. So frustrated!
@SweetMollyJaynes Hi, I'm really sorry you're having trouble. Are you using the App by chance? If so, try a browser. I've not used the App, but it's very glitchy. I reopened my Seasonal Shop 3 wks. ago, and was apprehensive about the New Listing Form. I didn't use it last Fall (would always switch to the Old Listing Form). I saw numerous Threads re: glitches and problems with this New Form. When I began using it 3 wks. ago, I can honestly say there have been no problems (knock on wood). *(desktop computer, Chrome, Windows 10).
For every function, I went to Shop Manager > Listings: either Renew Sold > edit (to put in a new photo of an exact item), maybe tweak Titles, Tags, Descriptions, etc. I would also use Copy > Edit (for a new item).
As I said, there were no problems to date. That doesn't mean I'm blowing off those who are having trouble; no one should be unable to list on a site due to the site's Listing Form; that isn't right.

I'm having the same issue right now with the video not loading! I never had this issue before!
