All of my orders have either shipped early or on time. I had one order in November 2022 where the customer wanted to pick up her order locally. There is no tracking available because it was a pickup. This is causing me to not get the Star Seller status. How do I get this addressed?

Will local pickup orders be part of my evaluation for a Star Seller badge?
All physical listing orders must include a valid tracking number or a shipping label purchased on Etsy to be considered for a Star Seller badge. At this time, we’re unable to make exceptions for local pickup orders.
This also applies to delivery orders.

You can't. Right not the Star Seller is not set up for local delivery/pick-up.

Only deliveries with tracking count for star seller.

@TheSpanishMimosa The Q&A "Star Seller" in your Shop Manager dashboard says:
"Adding tracking to all physical orders is one of the criteria for Star Seller if you’re in the US. If you mark an order as complete without adding tracking, it does not meet the requirement for Star Seller."
