Photos won't load, among other things

Dear Etsy,

It is really difficult for me to add any new listings as I cannot get photos to load. They are the correct size and meet all requirements. It is really difficult for you to earn money off of my sales and for me to earn money to make a living when there are SOOOOO MANY glitches in the Etsy platform. I understand that you have to keep making "improvements" to the Etsy platform, especially to keep those that are employed by you, in their jobs. I believe you don't fully understand the ramifications that all of your glitches, tech changes, and tests have on the productivity of us Etsy sellers and in turn, cuts into your profits. I very much dislike that when I open a listing it automatically opens at the bottom of the screen so those that need to update their return policies can do so efficiently but I believe that most if not all sellers know by now the upcoming changes to "returns" and if they don't, then they have not been working in their shops for weeks and what does that say? Well, I know I'm ranting but I have a voice here and need it to be heard. Thank you.

Photos not loading is often an issue with the user's ISP or device. You can clear your cache, reset your modem, try a different browser, to see if any of that helps. It can also be an issue related to the size of your images. When there isn't a system-wide problem reported, it's frequently a user-related issue. I loaded numerous photos not long ago and had no problems at all.

You're not talking to Etsy here in Forums. You're talking to other sellers. If you read the description of the page, Technical Issues is now peer support, which means other sellers, not Etsy.

@JulesBaublesandMore: It also helps if you let us know if you are using an Etsy app (on which operating system) or via mobile browser or desktop browser (which browser and operating system). It makes a difference as to possible causes and potential solutions, otherwise we have to guess.

And as was mentioned,  this is a seller peer to peer forum, and should not be considered a way to contact Etsy, if that is your hope (although Etsy does sometimes read and reply to posts).

I am having the same issues uploading photos, same phone iphone 12, newest OS but as soon as the new app was launched it takes forever to upload a photo. Never had an issue with the old app, uploading photos was a breeze. Hope with enough comments they may take a look. But I will clear the cache just in case thanks for the reminder.
