Photos are all distorted

I see other sellers are missing photos. Mine are there but all very distorted and weird looking. Anyone else with that problem?

My images are completely distorted and my shop looks awful. I'm just panicking at the thought of having to update more than 400 listing photos.

MANY posts in the forums . . . photos are all skewed and elongated. Shop's home pages look terrible with weird carnival-like mirrors that distort your body!!!

Yes, just noticed in my shop also. I first look to make sure my pages weren't zoomed, but they are at the usual 100%. Tried a different browser, just in case, but the same situation there too. Was fine half an hour ago?

Everything is distorted. All items in my store. Thousands of items. Some are squashed and some are stretched. Very bad experience for customers, but it's better than not having images at all like this morning. I hope you guys can fix this soon. Good luck.

For me everything was good until now. I have 4:3 photos and they have been always cut nicely on the sides to display as square in my shop and in search results.

All of a sudden my products appear weirdly stretched on my shop home page.

Everything's fine when using the app, or in search results, but in a browser (mobile or desktop) it's a mess.

Pictures at my shop are looking distorted/ stretched to me, is someone experiencing this?

Images are the same, format also but today are weird, not sure if it is an etsy bug or from my computer.

Yes, my shop page listings look like those old carnival mirrors you look into. When checking my "listings" tab, the images are normal.

Received message from Etsy saying resolved.   I am still experiencing stretched images.
