My photos are distorted when you are on the shop listing page. But then when you click on a listing and look at individual listings, the photos look fine. So I did a search on Etsy and when you are on the search page, the images seem to be okay. I think some coder must have hit a wrong number that is skewing stuff on shop pages.
Having the same issue .. and 99% of my photos are already cropped to square .. so there has to be more of an issue than that. And if they are saying it's resolved as of 10:30 central time it's still happening in my shop.
Mine is the same. On my shop page every single photo is scrunched up and the edges are missing.
There’s now been issues since early this morning in the UK so that’s an entire day of potential orders I’ve now missed out on because the photos either weren’t showing at all or are distorted.
Mine are still distorted, they look awful. What the flipping heck have Etsy been messing with now to cause this!!!!! They’re fine on the app on my phone but on every other device they’re elongated and distorted.
