Photo download not working

I'm trying to list new items, but the photo add section isn't working.

@CraftydollsByPaula: If you mean photo uploads, then there have been many reports if this. Are you experiencing this using an Etsy app (on which operating system) or via mobile browser or desktop browser (which browser and operating system)? If via a browser, are you using the "old" or "new" listing form?

I have tried old & new versions on browser they are not working either
