The $5 off and 4% links not working for me

I copied the links and when I tried to paste them to FB when I right clicked there was no paste function as there should be. Am I doing something wrong?

Try doing Ctrl+V to paste. However if there's nothing in the clipboard (i.e. It didn't copy correctly) then you won't be able to paste it.

Maybe that is not meant to be shared since all buyers are apparently not eligible?

@JMOldeVintage: "Maybe that is not meant to be shared ..." The eMail we received from Etsy about this promotion said that they wanted us to "Share to social: Help spread the word by sharing your listings on social media and mentioning the promotion."

It also says "The promotion starts Friday afternoon and runs until Sunday 11:59pm US ET."

I don't believe a new account is required. Though Etsy is pushing the Share & Save program they just started.

While I understand that Etsy did the announcement so shops would understand where the $5.00 off coupon is coming from, in the end buyers need to be notified.

I wonder if Etsy sent out emails &/or messages to buyers in the  US, UK, and Canada. And you'd think many shop owners would receive it since many are buyers as well as sellers.

@BagmakerSupply  - I've been on vacation so long that Etsy rarely sends me emails or posts notices in the shop manager.

But I have continued to be a buyer & so far I haven't received an email from Etsy on the $5.00 off. Since everyone is not on social media, and that Etsy gladly emails buyers on behalf of shop owners with the shop's discount coupons, how hard would an email to buyers be?

If you click on the links in the email it says copy so you can paste it to wherever you want. But I didn't think about it starting today. I'll try again but it was frustrating. And the 4% off thing didn't work either. Thank you all for replying. I thought maybe someone from Etsy would chime in..
