Personalisation details cut off or completely missing

Im getting a lot of orders with only half the personalisation details or nothing at all. It seems the customer enters all the details at the point of purchase and then as the order processes, it either gets removed or only half of the details are on the invoice. 

I dont have mandatory personalisation so its not uncommon for me to see orders without requirements but im starting to get a lot of complaints that orders have arrived without the details the customer requested. 

Is anyone else experiencing this?

YES! I can see one line of personalisation, with  L......... at the end. Freaking out because the user is 'signed in with Apple' and I don't think they're getting my messages.

Change your personalization option to mandatory- if the customer doesn't have one-- they will tell you.. you can say your own wordsthere-- like if you want a name on  the card- put it here or if this isn't needed-- please put in 'not needed' in the box.. something like that.. then you won't miss anything else.
