Anyone is having the issue purchasing shipping label from Auspost for international order?

I am having an issue this week, when purchasing shipping labels for international orders (Australia to USA), Etsy is giving error of failing purchasing.   Wondering if this happens to anyone else (Especially Australia sellers). Much appreciated!

That thread is from 2023 but there is a recent one from a few days ago reporting the same issue.

As @givemeacrown mentioned, Australia Post did raise their rates for both domestic & international parcels on July 1st 2024. It could be related.

Yeah i have this issue as well, been going on for a few days. Mostly involves AU to USA international labels.

Hey, I’ve been having this issue too and posted - spoke to support today and there is no ETA or resolution.

Ive been using my post instead but it’s so slow and hideous.

Yeah, also happens to European shipping labels. Any one has contacted Etsy?  I talked to their only chat but seems not helpful.

Support is not helpful at all.

Ive been attempting to use sendle this week but the service is terrible - 5 days waiting for pick up - now waiting on refund for service they can’t provide

Having the same issue all day. Chat support simply recommends using an alternative shipping service, which is not helpful at all.
