Personalisation Glitch ?

Morning all over night I've had a card order, at the top of of the order is a triangle with red exclamation mark and the wording This order was placed on an Etsy platform where personalization is not supported. Please reach out to the buyer for their personalization info.

However at the bottom of the order the customers requested personalisation is there plain to see.

Never seen this before and surely must be a glitch but which platform I wonder ?

Pattern sites don't have the personalisation.

Outdated version of the apps also don't see the personalisation.

If you have the personalisation then the banner is an error.

Thank you so much @CappuccinoLace ,  had another order no probs and the order in question had been fulfilled and photo sent to customer who was happy so all good

I got that message on an order a couple of days ago.  My customer stated she didn't think she had to do anything.

I didn't think an order would go thru if they didn't fill that in, but it did.

All is well - we figured it out.
