Does anyone know what I can do when my shop has been suspended? I've uploaded my drivers license AND my marriage certificate! It says that my shop is still pending verification---all while it ominously counts down the 60 days until I don't get my money! What do i do?!

Unfortunately, there are a lot of other sellers in the same situation. The only thing you can do is wait since the ''team'' that does the verifications is probably so backlogged.
