Payoneer Integration Issue!

Hey There, 

I registered my shop with Etsy a few days ago and connected Payoneer. Integration was successful, I made a listing. 2 days later ETSY put my shop on vacation mode with reason that Payoneer couldn’t verify my information and I should contact them. I reached out to Payoneer support and they allotted me a new Customer ID. Since then I have been requesting ETSY support to release my current connected Payoneer account so that I connect my new one but they aren’t responding. All my information including bank details, name etc remains unchanged. 

What should I do in this regard? How long do I need to wait for a response? /TIA

@SaaSlytic: Based on the many other posts in this forum about issues like yours, it appears that Etsy will not replace the originally connected Payoneer account under any circumstances. Any deficiencies need to be corrected in the original Payoneer account.

As to how long you will have to wait to hear from Etsy, hopefully one of the Etsy moderators will forward your issue on to the appropriate team.

Thank you for your prompt response. I respect the policies that’s why I had an in depth conversation with Payoneer support. They say as per their policy they can’t allow ETSY payments to my current account hence I have been provided with a new ID on same details. Etsy support can verify my case with Payoneer.

Etsy will not verify to another payoneer id

as payoneer itself, says they only allow one per person, and etsy does not allow transfer of accounts from one person to another

so it's 1 ID, and that's it.

You have to fix the original ID problem with payoneer

It is the only way, anyone here, has been able to fix the problem, get payoneer to fix it

Etsy will NOT relink to another ID, ever, and payoneer should not be telling you they will, because they never, ever, have
