Payment options for Paypal is missing

Hello everyone,

Can you help please. 

I have lost the ability to accept payments via Paypal. In fact, The option where paypal settings stand disappeared. 

I'm trying to set my shop to allow Paypal, as usual, in the Shop Settings > Finance > Payment settings, then allowing Other as a payment option. This only shows "you're enrolled in Etsy payments". 
But before there was a line "edit" PayPal.

What I can do? Anyone encountered this before?

All shops in the United States have to enroll in Etsy Payments. One option under Etsy Payments is the ability for the buyer to use their PayPal account to pay for purchases. You as seller will not receive money in your PayPal account; all funds flow through Etsy to you, less fees.

@ModifyTemplate: Your shop can still accept PayPal, but if you have Etsy Payments then Etsy processes it just like any other payment source and the money goes into your Etsy Payment Account instead of direct to PayPal. You are in New York according to your shop location. The US  is one of the countries that has to use Etsy Payments. Are you saying you are not actually in New York even though you say you are?

It's very strange that the only payment option showing on your shop page is Paypal, even though the shop's location is somewhere in New York.  However, when looking at several of your listings, I can 'buy it now' with my credit card.  But if I add something in my cart, it's back to only the Paypal option.

Since you're obviously not located in the US, you should put your true location for both the shop and seller info.
