I had someone insist they had sent me a message for a custom order twice but there is nothing in my inbox. They contacted me off platform to ask why. Nothing in spam, I had someone I know send me one and it came through fine.
Anyone else had any message issue this week?
Always the chance its scam related so I wont be replying to their email of course.
