Payment method verification pending for 2 months

Hello, my ETSY payment method, which I used in TRY currency before, could not be verified since the day I received the necessary official documents from the bank to convert it to USD and sent my USD account details. I talked to the authorities many times in the 2-month period via the chat page, they always said they would get back to you, finally I gave up and said reactivate my TRY account in TRY currency (the document I received from the bank states that my Iban numbers and account details for EURO, TRY, USD currencies are written on it), but I still did not receive a positive response. I do not know who will help me anymore. Please help me.

I think that could be the issue, you can not change the currency that you receive. So if you initially set up your shop with TRY then you have to stick to that, it can not be changed after to another currency.

Well, why has it been stuck in the verification phase for months? The bank document I sent also includes information about my TRY account. Why doesn't the support services set this currency as TRY and inform me?
