I am a seller who is trying to refund a customer whose item turned up damaged (due to courier). I am having issues where when I try to refund it just keeps coming up 'There was an error processing your request. Please try again.' I have tried to add new card and edit details but still get the same message??
I have deleted current card and tried to add new but still wont let me.
I am trying to do the right thing for my customer but am unable to due to this error.
Please assist
Don't use the app. And the refund will come from the balance in your shop payment account.
