Payment Account Screen Not Loading

For two days my “payment account” section that you click on the app wont load. It just says “uh oh a stitch went wrong”. The online version of etsy does the same thing. It just says “uh oh there was an error”. Contacted etsy support and they said “clear your cache” I did and it has done nothing. Is this a bug anyone else is experiencing? Or is my access suspended? I have plenty of money on my account I don’t owe any to Etsy or anything.

Your shop looks open, have you tried removing the app and reinstalling it?

Or try opening your account in a different browser

Seems other sellers are experiencing the same as you, so it must be a fault with Etsy

Just saw another seller posting the same, hopefully some of the admins will notify tech to look into it

Yes, this is happening to me!  I contacted Etsy but they said to clear cookies/cache, but it didn't work! Super frustrating!!

having the same issue. "Oh oh!...a stitch has gone awry" on app, desktop, ipad, in firefox, in safari, in chrome. Only on payment account page.

I would like access to my own money asap. Sure has happened a lot this year.
