Payment Account - No "Transfer Now" Button

My payment account is set for weekly transfers and all the funds from orders over the weekend have cleared.

However, the scheduled transfer date is 10th April, and I don't have a transfer now button.

My shop is in good standing - Star Seller, no cases, no requests for ID, no changes to banking info etc.

 

Is anyone else is experiencing this too?

 

Ps. I've tried changing my deposit schedule, that doesn't make any difference to the scheduled date, or make the transfer now button appear.

I've received the email notification that my funds are en route and they have now cleared.

Panic over!

I haven't had a transfer now button for a while

If you click on the "deposit schedule" it takes you where you can choose "daily" instead of weekly

the "daily" is currently set to 14th - today

@craftycornishmaids I've double checked the scheduled dates.

The weekly and and daily schedule both state that the pay out is scheduled for today.

 

However, when I look at the main Payment Account page, the available deposit is stating scheduled for 10th April.

 

I think this is why I don't have a button - the system *thinks* it is paying out today.

But I just don't see any info to confirm that!

 

*EDIT* Also tried changing it to 2 weeks schedule, for a future date - no button and still showing as pay out due on 10th April.

The transfer now button went a while ago, you have to go and change it to daily, if you want it transferred at the next transfer

not sure why yours is still showing 10th April

I did have the "transfer now" button last week - I used it to make a mid week disbursement.

I've no idea why the date is showing as 10th April either, I've never had this happen before.

Hence asking here to see if anyone one else is experiencing the same glitch.
