My name is David and my shop is GreenHamlet. I've been selling on Etsy for nearly two years now.
Recently my shop was suspended by Etsy and my email address linked to my shop became inactive so couldn't see any of the notifications Etsy sent to that email address. When I reached out the Etsy support via chat they opened a ticket and explained to me that they suspended my shop to protect my personal and financial information due to suspicious logins.
They opened a ticket to address the issue and after confirming the security questions they told me that they have removed the suspension and changed the inactive email address linked to my shop with a new one to reactivate my shop. I was assuming that now Etsy would send to the new email address which I provided a onetime password and then I will get into my account and complete resetting my password once I am in my account. Unfortunately, this did not happen although I asked for update on the ticket they have opened for 12 days nobody is answering.
My shop is has been inactive for 2 months due to a simple technical issue, which is very discouraging and disappointing.
Any advice please, what else can I do to get help from Etsy admin/ technical team?
Try and get a call back form the help option or write to their head office and make a complaint if you can't get a response from chat
