I encountered an issue with an item I sold through my Etsy shop. Over a month ago, I dispatched the item using Evri, but unfortunately, it hasn't reached the buyer in New York yet. I made every effort to track the parcel with Evri and even explored options with OSM World, but regrettably, we couldn't locate it. As a result, I had to issue a refund to the customer. I'm at a loss because not only is the product gone or lost, but I also incurred delivery costs for New York. I would greatly appreciate any advice or guidance on what to do in this situation. I don't use Evri, I use Royal Mail,
I normally google Royal Mail claim lost
I just googled Evri, and they have an online chat, so you could ask.....
