Why is there no explanation about user error on Etsy, or is it just me? Customers damage the products (unintentionally) while opening the packages of the products they purchased, and they share pictures claiming that they are damaged. Some of them actually get damaged during transportation, but we can now understand that some of them are clearly damaged while opening the package. This covers the user error section that is accepted by the world, but I cannot find or see anything about it on Etsy. If any product is damaged, the Seller becomes completely at fault and has to make a full refund. Do you know a solution for this? If so, can you share it with me
