I have been trying to put in my tax payer I.D. which is my social security number (once again) because Etsy is asking for it again and they want me to upload my I.D. However, when I go to the page to add this the submit button will not light up. So, I can't push it of course. I found another area where I might be able to put this information in but they want you to choose the country you live in from a pull down list of countries. The United States is not on that list! It won't let me submit until I choose a country. I have tried different browsers to see if it is something as simple as that but it doesn't work no matter what browser I am in. I feel like a joke is being played on me.
And as far as uploading my I.D. there is nowhere I see that would allow me to do this. I have been trying to find contact info for Etsy so I can talk to them and cannot find that either. I went to the only e-mail they sent me and tried sending this information from there but so far, nothing. They are threatening to put my shop on vacation and have already stopped my finances. Why are they doing this to me! Wy aren't my buttons working? I am trying to do what they want but nothing on the pages will let me. What do I do?
