Packing Slip Prints a Bunch of ????s

Trying to print a packing slip for an order to Norway which I need to do since the buyer paid VAT.  The actual data from the order like the names and addresses, the date, the order number, and the dollar amounts are fine BUT the "labels" next to the data that are part of the packing slip form such as the words "Ship To", "From", "Scheduled to Ship By" "Shipping Total", "Tax", "Order Total", etc. are showing as "????????".  I am seeing this on my desktop as well as my laptop.   Any ideas?

I know that Firefox does this sometimes, if you're using that, try a different browser.

Thanks for the idea.  I'm not using Firefox; I'm using Chrome and have never had this problem in all the years I have been here.

That can have a lot of different causes, including a printer driver issue. Did you try clearing your cache, restarting the browser, and most of all, turning your printer off and back on. Restarting your device after you reset the printer may also help.

this is happening on my desktop AND laptop.  This wouldn't suddenly happen on two different devices if it were a cache or device problem I don't think.  Also, not the printer as I am seeing it in preview before actually trying to print.

Chatted with support providing screen shots so they have passed to the technical team which means I won't hear back on this for days.

Could you try printing an order receipt and not the packing slip?
